    Calisthenics with JODEE

    Want to improve your posture, increase your flexibility, and get stronger?  Join JODEE for calisthenics, Wednesdays 11am to Noon.  Calisthenics known to the ancient Greek Spartans as kilos sthenos ("beautiful strength") - are exercises relying solely on bodyweight and gravity.  We will stand and be down on our mats strengthening, gently.  All levels.  Drop in.  $10/class (cash).  Bring your mat!

     

    JODEE is a nationally certified BioMechanics Method Corrective Exercise Specialist and professional Health Coach and Behavior Change Specialist.  She teaches people to harness stress (physiologically and psychologically) and optimize their health and abilities.
