Join others who enjoy quilting at Monona Senior Center every Monday morning. Bring your own projects. Show and tell usually begins around 9:00 a.m. No need to bring a machine.

Tai Chi Balance is a body-mind-spirit practice offered by certified Tai Chi instructor, Jody Curley, featuring Tai Chi and Qigong movements and breathing practices for balance. Movement can be done standing or seated. Have a chair nearby.

Drop into the Monona Senior Center to join others in some adult coloring projects. ?All supplies are provided and supported by The Friends of the Monona Senior Center.

The Sip N Swipe Cafe is a friendly place to learn at your own pace with a coach to assist if you need them.
