Cribbage

Cribbage is a card game for two to four players, in which the objective is to play so that the value of one's cards played reaches exactly 15 or 31.

Foot Care Clinic with Sue

After a warm, soapy water soak, Sue will do a simple trim of your nails with file/lotion as necessary. No diabetics please. There is a separate clinic available for those who have Diabetes.

Stretch and Tone

Led by Amy Gallagher, this 45 minute class will use light weights and bands to increase tone and flexibility.

Pilates

Learn stretching and strengthening exercises to improve endurance, posture, balance and circulation.

Registration: Meal & transportation reservations and cancellations should be made by calling (608) 512-0000 Ext. 2001 by 10:00 a.m. the Wednesday prior to the meal you want to attend. When: Lunch is served at Noon each Friday - Try to arrive after 11:45 to avoid having to wait to be seated. Where: Main Room of the Monona Senior Center Who Can Participate: Anyone who registers and is over 60
