Effective Communication Strategies

Kayla Stroud-DuSavage, from the Alzheimer’s Association, returns to provide another valuable session. Explore effective communication strategies and learn how to decode messages through attitude, tone of voice, facial expressions and body language. Monona Knit and Stitch

If you knit, crochet and/or sew and are looking for a meaningful way to use your skills to help others, the RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Program) Project Group is for you.

Stretch and Tone

Led by Amy Gallagher, this 45 minute class will use light weights and bands to increase tone and flexibility.

Pilates

Learn stretching and strengthening exercises to improve endurance, posture, balance and circulation.

Canasta

Canasta is a card game resembling rummy, using two packs. It is usually played by two pairs of partners, and the aim is to collect sets (or melds) of cards.

Euchre

Euchre is a card game we play with four players, usually played with the thirty-two highest cards, the aim being to win at least three of the five tricks played.
