    The Monona City Council meets regularly on the first and third Mondays of each month. Due to the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday, this meeting has been moved to Tuesday. An agenda and packet for this meeting can be viewed on this page by the Friday before the meeting. Due to the current state of emergency because of the COVID-19 pandemic, this meeting will be conducted via electronic videoconferencing/teleconferencing on the Zoom platform. For instructions on how to attend the meeting electronically, submit written comments, or appear before the Council, please see the agenda.
