  4. Loud in the Library

    Join us for an after-hours party for adults celebrating all things Wisconsin. Packers, Badgers, Brewers, Bucks, beer, cheese, cows, ice fishing. Your $25 ticket includes live music by the Mark Croft Trio, photo booth, Wisconsiny snacks, soda, and water. In addition, you may want to visit the cash bar ($5 for either beer or wine), play a fundraising game ($5/game), and buy 50/50 raffle tickets ($5 each)! All money raised goes to the Friends of Monona Public Library! The Friends support all of the programs and many of the services at Monona Public Library.

  5. Stepping On Falls Prevention Course

    Stepping On is an effective falls prevention program for older adults. EAch class is two hours and meets weekly for 7 weeks. Build your balance including strength exercises based on curriculum by Stanford University. Each class is taught by a medically trained leader and will feature a guest speaker who will provide information about Fall hazards, your fall risk, up-to-date falls prevention information and how vision and medication can affect falls.
