    Bonnie is an American Council of Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer since 1993.  She is also a trained facilitator for the Livingstrong Cancer Survior programs at the YMCA.  She facilitates Falls Prevention classes sponsored by Safe Communities of Dane County and is now coming to Monona!  

    Join Bonnie Buchanan for classes that will include cardio, strength, stretching and balance work.
