Afterschool 2023-24 LOTTERY

Registration for the 2023-2024 Afterschool Year is coming up fast! We plan to revert to a WAITLIST LOTTERY only registration. The demand for our program is greater than the space we have available- we struggle each year with our registration system getting overwhelmed. You are signing up for our lottery, which is not guaranteeing a spot. You must be selected to enroll. An application for each child in the household is required.

The lottery application will open for applicants on Feb 15 at 8 am and will close on Feb 19 at 11:59 pm. A random electronic selection process shall be used to determine which students will be admitted. The parent/guardian of each student who has received a winning lottery number will receive a notice via email within 24 hours of the lottery completion.

• We will contact those whose names are drawn by Monday, February 20, 2023
• Your spot must be paid for by 12:00 pm on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 or it will be forfeited and we will move on to the next person on the waiting list
• The remaining names will be placed on a waiting list in the order they were drawn from the lottery
• Applicants are called off the waitlist in a rolling manner- as soon as there is a spot, they are called and families will have a limited amount of time to accept their spot.
• Siblings of accepted children at the time of the lottery are prioritized but are not guaranteed a seat.
