Dear Tai Chi Friends,

Thank you so very much for your support of the Zoom Tai Chi classes offered through the Monona Senior Center, in all the various ways in which support has been offered. I plan to continue teaching via Zoom in 2023, with a couple of coordination changes.

First of all, there will be a new Zoom link because I will be hosting the classes from my home Zoom studio. I will send you the new link well before classes start up again in the new year. Tai Chi Ease Classes begin on Monday, January 9, 2023. And yes, instead of “Tai Chi Balance,” the class will be called Tai Chi Ease.

New: To register and receive your Zoom link for class contact Jody Curley @ judycurley@gmail.com

Tai Chi Ease

Monday, January 30, 2023

Tai Chi Ease is a body-mind-spirit practice offered by certified Tai Chi instructor, Jody Curley, featuring Tai Chi and Qigong movements and breathing practices for balance. Movement can be done standing or seated. Have a chair nearby.

If you wish to send a check to Jody, you would make it out and mail it to:

Jody Curley 1429 Wheeler Court Unit C  Madison, WI 53704-1471

If you wish to know how much and how often to pay:

I suggest a contribution of $5 per class.  If you wish to pay less, or more, or nothing at all, that’s your decision to make.  I do not want your budget to prevent you from taking a class you want and need.  Inability to pay never prevents participation.

Because most of Jody’s classes are ongoing, people pay in different rhythms.  Some pay for a couple of classes at a time; some for a month; some for a semester.  However you decide, I trust you to keep track of when you have used the classes you paid for.  I keep track of what you paid and when, but I leave your attendance tracking to you.

Anything Else?

New participants are always welcome to try a class for free.  And should you need to withdraw from a class, part or all of your payment will be refunded depending upon circumstances.
