    Have you fallen or are you limiting your activities because you're afraid you might fall? Interested in improving your balance to prevent a future fall? It's never too early to start! Stepping On classes might be right for you. Stepping On is an effective falls prevention program for older adults. Each class is 2 hours long and meets weekly for 7 weeks. Classes will feature guest speakers who provide information about: fall hazards, your fall risk, up-to-date falls prevention information and how vision & medication affect falls.
