Paying Your Utility Bill

The City of Monona issues bills monthly.  Bill are issued at the end of the month with payments due by the 23rd day of the following month. Charges not paid by the due date accrue a late fee of 1% per month.  View current rates here.

4 Ways to Pay Your Utility Bill

  1. By mail to: Monona Water Utility, 5211 Schluter Rd., Monona, WI 53716-2598
  2. In person at Monona City Hall during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.)
  3. After hours, payments can be dropped in the drop slot in the front counter at City Hall or in the payment drop box in the parking lot of City Hall.  (Note: this is not a U.S. mailbox.)
  4. Online at Payment Service Network, Inc. By setting up a PSN account, you can view your bills online, set up auto-pay, opt out of paper bills, view your payment history and print receipts. This service is safe, reliable, and in accordance with all state and government regulations. Please note that a convenience fee of 3% is applied to credit card payments, plus an additional 50¢ for payments below $100.  There is no fee for payments from your checking or savings account.
