The Craft Fair will showcase regional and local arts and craft vendors and their spectacular works of art. Artists and crafters will be selling original pieces such as ceramics, quilts, jewelry, paintings, and other decorative pieces.
The Fall Festival Craft Fair will be an event the whole family can enjoy with many types of art and handmade items on display
Prices will vary by item and payment is made directly to vendors. Vendors do not accept event tickets for purchase of items.

The Monona Fall Festival will be hosting its first annual OUTDOOR PIE Baking & tasting competition and we are looking for bakers!

2023 Fall Festival- Art Fair Vendor Information
PLEASE NOTE: This registration will require payment in order to be submitted. Registration is not considered complete until payment and all materials have been submitted. We are a temporary event operator, therefore we must complete and submit Form S-240 with information about each participating event vendor to the Department of Revenue (DOR). All information asked on our application is REQUIRED, any omissions, and we will revoke your participation ability.

FALL FESTIVAL GENERAL INFORMATION
GENERAL VENDOR INFORMATION
All entries will receive 1 pumpkin, a hay bail, 1 Scarecrow Show sign and designated place in Winnequah Park as part of the Fall Festival. A story of the scarecrow display and display title, along with your Scarecrow Show sign are required at each display.
Entries will be judged on originality, quality, and design. All entries must be received by 12:00 pm on Friday, October 6 to be entered into the contest. Supply pick-up will be at your assigned space starting on Tuesday, October 10th. Displays must be completed by Saturday, October 14 at 8:00 am.
Your work will be displayed outdoors so please use sturdy materials. Scarecrows must be durable and able to stand up to Wisconsin’s October weather, including sun, wind, and rain. Use care in choosing your materials.
The public will judge the scarecrows and vote online.
