Chair Yoga

For anyone who has ever hesitated to try yoga because of the challenge of getting down onto the mat or doing standing poses, now a chair becomes your mat. Beginner to advanced, each pose is presented for multiple levels of flexibility.

Pilates for the Active Adult
Pilates uses stretching and strengthening to improve endurance, posture, balance, circulation, flexibility, reduce stress and tone muscles. Mats are available and drop-ins are welcome.

Senior Shape Up - Self-Paced
This 45 minute class combines chair-based exercises with movements to get your heart rate up. Weights, bands and plates are used to strengthen posture, improve endurance and circulation. Free class

Tai Chi for Balance

Tai Chi is confirmed by research to be one of the best practices for balance and falls prevention.  Tai Chi is kind to the bones and joints, while benefiting cardio and immune health function.
$35.00 per session or $5.00 drop in.
