Instructional Ultimate Frisbee

This is a beginner class focused on the fundamentals of Ultimate Frisbee . Students will be learning the techniques and skills used for competitive play. The emphasis will be on having fun and learning the sport. Classes are designed to provide players an opportunity to develop their skills through high quality instruction and structured play. First 3 weeks will be instructional based. Last 3 weeks will be part instructional and part game.

Hi, I’m Gillian’s Fink: In 1998 I joined a team of friends and learned to play Ultimate frisbee with the Madison Ultimate Frisbee Association (MUFA). I look forward to exploring Ultimate with you and building skills like backhand and forehand throws, and understanding the rules as well as the the spirit of the game
