Administration

The City of Monona's administration offices are located in Monona City Hall at 5211 Schluter Road (corner of Nichols and Schulter Roads). Adminstrative departments are listed at left. Residents are always welcome to meet with administration staff. To ensure that the staff member you need will be available, we recommend that you call ahead to schedule an appointment.

Residents can stop by the administration offices anytime during business hours for information regarding:
  • Dog and cat licenses
  • Election and voting information
  • Official postings, including agendas for all city meetings
  • Schedules for trash, leaf, and brush pickups
  • Utility and property tax payments
  • Information regarding requesting a disability accommodation in order to participate equally in City of Monona programs, services, and activities
