Submit Your Photos

 BY SUBMITTING YOUR PHOTOS YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING:

Any person submitting photographs for inclusion in the City’s web site grants the City the right to include the photographs in the web site in any manner the City deems appropriate for public information without additional consideration or compensation. Participants release the City, and its officials and employees, from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or relating to the publication of the photograph on the web site. All photographs submitted become the property of the City and will not be returned.

It is the responsibility of each person submitting photographs to ensure that, with respect to each photograph:
 

1. All appropriate and necessary permissions and consents have been obtained including any copyright licences and consents under appropriate law; and
2. The photograph is not obscene, offensive or otherwise inappropriate for publication on the web site.
