Yoga

This gentle, yet effective approach to yoga has an emphasis on alignment, body awareness and breathing.  Enjoy the benefits of yoga, a great stretch, and increase your strength, balance and flexibility.  Winter Session I runs January 19 - March 16 (No class March 2nd) on Tuesdays from 9:15-10:15 a.m. at the Monona Public Library.  Cost is $48 for the entire 8-week session or $8.00 per class (drop in and pay at the door).
