Aqua Fitness

Class is included in the open swim fee, but a $1 per class donation is suggested (to go to the Lifeguard Appreciation Fund).

Aqua Fitness:
Aqua Fitness is an effective way to get and stay in shape, all while having fun in the aquatic environment.  Various low-impact, high-energy cardio and strength exercises (utilizing aquatic resistance equipment) are incorporated in class design to create an overall body workout.  Appropriate for all skill levels.  Jan Hagen is an AEA-certified Water Fitness instructor and has been teaching various aqua fitness classes locally since 2008.
