Mondays & Wednesdays         11:30 am-12:15 pm
 
Water Aerobics is an effective way to get and stay in shape, all while having fun in the aquatic environment.  Various low-impact, high-energy cardio and strength exercises (utilizing aquatic resistance equipment) are incorporated in class design to create an overall body workout.  Appropriate for all skill levels.  Jan Hagen is a certified Water Fitness instructor and has been teaching various water fitness classes locally since 2008.   Come experience the fun and challenge of water fitness with Jan!!  Classes will run from June 13 – August 17. Classes are included in the open swim fee, but a $1 per class donation is suggested (to go to the Lifeguard Appreciation Fund).
 
 
 

Aqua Zumba®

Tuesdays & Thursdays         11:30 am - 12:15 pm

Aqua Zumba® captures the joy of movement in water, integrating world rhythms with cardio-based workouts.  Choreographed routines are presented to a variety of musical styles, with varying degrees of intensity, to create an overall body workout in the water.   Move and groove to favorite and popular tunes at this ultimate pool party!!!   Come for the workout and stay for the fun! (No dance experience required!  Appropriate for all skill levels.)  Jan Hagen is a certified Water Fitness instructor and has been teaching various water fitness classes, including Aqua Zumba®, since 2008.   Come experience the fun of aqua dance fitness with Jan!!  Classes will run from June 14 – August 18.  Classes are included in the open swim fee, but a $1 per class donation is suggested to go to the Lifeguard Appreciation Fund.
