The Monona Express is an express commuter service running between the City of Monona and the downtown Madison / UW-Madison areas. No stops are made between the Monona city limits and the downtown Madison area.

Monona Express Routes
AM Route
The route begins on Copps at Shato Lane, and makes a loop of Frost Woods, Bridge, Winnequah, Owen, Pheasant Hill, Nichols and Dean before heading to downtown Madison.
The route makes a counter clockwise loop of the isthmus and downtown Madison before returning to Monona for a second loop.
The second time through Monona includes areas near Broadway, before turning on Bridge Road again to repeat the Winnequah, Owen, Pheasant Hill and Dean loop.
The last pickup is at the corner of Monona Drive and Cottage Grove Rd.
PM Route
The route begins with one pickup at the corner of Roselawn and Femrite before making a clockwise loop of downtown. Most PM pickups are downtown or on the isthmus.
The PM route follows a similar path through Monona and continues on for a second set of downtown stops.
The last PM pickup is at the Monona Grove High School.
