Family Attraction, Retention and City Promotion The Committee on Family Attraction, Retention, and City Promotion meets regularly to discuss ways to attract more families to the City of Monona. Mark your calendars for the 2011 Monona Fall Festival Thank you to all the sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and participants that made the annual Fall Festival a success.
