Zoning Board of Appeals

The Board of Appeals assists the zoning administrator in making interpretations; hears appeals for any person that is aggrieved by a decision of the zoning administrator and passes judgement on that appeal; and approves alternate methods of construction and materials.  The Board is a quasi-judicial body whose decisions may be appealed directly to the District Court.

The Board of Appeals meets the fourth Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Conference Room.
