City of Monona Comprehensive Plan (2004)

The City Council adopted the Comprehensive Plan in April of 2004.  The Plan contains data and information on the many resources and services of the community including natural and cultural resources, housing, public facilities and services, business and economic development, land use, and transportation.  The Plan also identifies goals and objectives that will help determine the City's use of resources and that will guide decisions to improve the quality of life for residents and busineses in the City of Monona.

>> Element 8: Land Use  This element provides information on the City's land use patterns, on zoning and on development and redevelopment in the City. The goals and objectives for land use are also included.
>> Element 9: Implementation  This element provides information on strategies for effectively implementing the Comprehensive Plan.
