The Broadband Telecommunications Department runs Monona's Cable TV channel (Channel 990 on digital cable). Many programs produced by the department can be viewed at www.mononatv.com. The department is supervised by the Media Coordinator, Andrew Hagen, and by the Broadband Telecommunications Committee.
The Monona Community Cable Channel is a Public Access, Education and Government station (PEG channel). In addition to airing the public meetings of the Monona City Council and the Monona Grove School Board, it allows the citizens of Monona an opportunity to broadcast community events or programming produced by area residents.
