Tai Chi is one of the best exercise methods for balance and falls prevention. It is kind to joints but emphasizes leg strengthening and postural alignment. It has also been endorsed by physicians for people with arthritis, fibromyalgia and for cardiovascular health.
Jody Curley, MA, certified tai chi and meditation instructor who has been teaching for 25 years, will facilitate the class. She is offering two 8-week sessions.
January 23th - March 12th and March 19th - May 7th.
