Cup of Chi - 30 min. Tai Chi Zoom Class

This 30 minute class offers a "just enough" midday Tai Chi-Chi Kung with the practice of flowing movement, comfortable breath and sensation based concentration to facilitate the experience of moving meditation - for anyone!

Bingo/Lunch Event

Facilities in the area have come together to provide a delicious meal prior to our Bingo event. Unfortunately, seating is limited for the meal, but all are welcome to play Bingo.

Dominoes

Dominoes is a family of tile-based games played with gaming pieces, commonly known as dominoes. Each domino is a rectangular tile with a line dividing its face into two square ends. Each end is marked with a number of spots (also called pips or dots) or is blank. We generally play Mexican Train.
