Friday, November 12, 2021
Afghan refugees have begun arriving in western Wisconsin. Now is a good opportunity to get to know the refugee neighbors living around us. A refugee is a person who is seeking a safe haven after being forced to flee violence, persecution or war. And what else do you know about refugees? Why would they become refugees? What is the process to become a refugee? How can they get help from host country?
These and other questions will be answered in this talk by Dr. Jang.
