The East Madison/Monona Coalition of the Aging is the case management provider for Monona and East Madison residents over the age of 60. They also coordinate the nutrition sites in Monona and operate East Shore Adult Day Center. The Coalition is located at 4142 Monona Drive, next to Lake Edge Shopping Center.
