Public Safety Commission to Consider Minimum Maintenance Requirements Ordinance

The Public Safety Commission is reviewing the Minimum Maintenance Requirement ordinances from the City of Madison and the Village of McFarland to determine if the City of Monona will enact a similar ordinance.  This topic will be discussed at the January 26, 2011 Public Safety Commission meeting (7:00 pm at City Hall).   If enacted, this ordinance would amend or replace section 11-6-2.5 (Chronic Nuisance Property) of the current Monona Code of Ordinances.   To view the Monona Code of Ordinances, please click here.
