No, we invoice all families once at the beginning of the year witha tuition payment plan set up for the duration of the school year which iscatered to your child's schedule of enrollment. A total of ten (10) paymentswill be auto-deducted with your card on file the 15th of each month, startingon August 15th and following each month thereafter to May 15th.
No, this program operates solely on program tuition.
Monona Parks & Recreation does not give credits for snow days, illnesses or family vacations taken during school days. What you are paying is a yearly tuition broken into 10 monthly payments.
Yes, as long as an approved parent or guardian fills out an alternative release form and provide the After School staff with it to store in the child's file. Otherwise an approved person must be present for pick-up. After registration, you can indicate who is allowed to pick up your child on the approved pick-up list. This helps us ensure your child’s safety.
If you sign up for the 3 or 4-day option we will be sending out a calendar 1 month prior to the given month of child care. Ex: for the month of September, you will receive a calendar in August that must be returned by the 15th. You can indicated any 3 or 4 days during the week of your choice. We will be relying on these calendars to know who and when to pick up at Winnequah School prior to walking over to the Community Center.

Your child cannot attend the After School Club until all necessarypaperwork is completed. All additional paperwork is due August 15th
You must call the Monona Parks & Recreation office and informus to your tardiness. You will be assessed a late fee of $1/minute upon arrival.

No, the After School Club is closed when Monona Grove SchoolDistrict is closed.
We open on the first day of the school year and close on the last day of the school year. We operate Monday – Friday on days that school is regularly scheduled. You must pick your child up by 6:00 pm.
No. We have a maximum number of spots available. If more applications are received than available spots, each site will have a wait list.
Yes, everyday we serve a healthy snack for every child.
We are able to administer both daily and emergency medications. Please bring all medications in their original containers to us on the first day of the After School Club along with a medication form. Medication forms will be handed out in our parent packet or can be found on our website at www.mymonona.com
