Candlelit Snowshoe Hike Rescheduled for February 11

Celebrate the winter season at Monona Parks & Recreation's annual Candlelit Snowshoe Hike.

Enjoy a scenic hike amidst the soft glow of hundreds of candles throughout the trails of Aldo Leopold Nature Center, Edna Taylor Conservancy, and Woodland Park.  After your hike, warm up at a roaring bonfire outside and enjoy indoor activities inside of Aldo Leopold Nature Center.  Participants can bring their own snowshoes or rent them for free at the event on a first-come, first-served basis.

Participants can park for free at Monona's Unity Point Health - Meriter Clinic and take a free shuttle bus to the event.  Click on the link below for more details.
