Take a break from your average fitness class and join us for a twist! This seven class series will rotate through Yoga, Tai Chi, Zumba, and WERQTM to keep you on your toes, and to mix it up even more we’ll be meeting outside!
Yoga and Tai Chi are mindfulness practices, meant to heal the stresses of the day as well as strengthen the physical body. Zumba and WERQTM are both dance workouts, where easy to follow steps and high energy music will power participants through a fun, sweaty session.
